Actually, as it turns out, lunch workouts at The Haute Room in Tustin Ranch provide all those things and more!
We designed our 25-minute Lunch Lagree classes with the Busy Bee in mind. No more excuses — There’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to get an incredible workout in during your lunch break. And a 25-minute class ensures that those of you on a strict one-hour lunch break will have time to clean up and get back to the office on schedule!
The Haute Room is your premier group fitness studio featuring the Lagree Method of fitness.
Lagree was developed by celebrity fitness trainer Sebastien Lagree as an improvement upon traditional Pilates. He created the Megaformer, which has taken the world by storm as a leading workout machine.
Because of its incredible results, Lagree is super popular among celebrities like Michelle Obama and gorgeous Columbian actress, Sofia Vergara!
The Haute Room features the latest model of Megaformer, the M3S. This machine has hundreds of potential exercise combinations, keeping the workouts fresh and interesting, and preventing burnout and plateaus. Resistance options range from 8 lbs to 150 lbs to accommodate men and women of all body types and fitness levels.
Your Haute instructor will guide you through each class, providing modifications where necessary. So if you’re a beginner, don’t be intimidated! This workout is for everyone!
The only equipment you’ll need are water and a pair of gripper socks, which we sell here in our stunning Tustin Ranch studio.

Our 25-minute workouts will focus on either upper body, lower body, or core. If you come three times per week, you’ll have a complete full-body workout!
