Plus, you could probably use a few minutes out of the house all alone, too… are we right?!

The important thing to remember is to lose the baby weight wisely. You need your energy to be your best self for your new baby, family, household, work, and all the other demands of life, so make sure you’re eating right (and plenty!) and getting adequate rest. (That last part is tough for new moms, we know!) And have patience. The weight will come off, but it won’t happen overnight.

What is Lagree Fitness?

The machine is easy to use, but your Haute instructor will always be there to guide you and provide modifications where needed.

It’s not an easy workout, but then again, you’re a mom. You don’t expect easy.
